We've been friends for over 40 years!
Inseparable as teenagers, our lives took radically divergent paths. Cheryl has 9 children and I have, well, a dog. And no, that wasn't a typo. Nine children!! She lives in Colorado now, so we don't get to see each other very often, but after all these years, we're still sisters of the heart.
...and she's still a bad influence on me! I'm sure the chips & gravy were her idea!
The other side of our triangle is currently living in Cañete, Peru. Hey, Debbie - did you notice the empty spot where you were supposed to be?

I see it now, thank you. I sure miss you two.
Well, you know the one that doesn't show up gets talked about. Were your ears burning?
(And we miss you too!)
what did you say about me? we were in Ica with the other couples and we got to have fun! we went sand boarding ! Doug crashed ! And I don't think that Cheryl had to twist your arm to have fries and gravy !!
Don't worry, it was all good.
We watched people sand-boarding in Ica when we were there, but didn't have the time (or the nerve) to try it. Is Doug okay?
And yeah, you're right, I didn't put up much of a struggle re: chips & gravy.
